It’s always nice when a cookbook project coincides with an event you just happen to need to bring food for. But when it doesn’t, sometimes you have to set up an event yourself. We hosted a picnic for friends so we could share the chocolate bark (recipes up on the website soon-ish) and the cotton candy (see the video on my Instagram where cotton candy clouds melt into coffee — we wanted to let everyone try it for themselves). Mainly, I’m low-key obsessed with the cotton candy maker, and I need a way to make it useful.
