Pumpkin Ganache

6 ounces white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (measure after crushing)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use to fill chocolate bonbons.
