2 c. milk
2 oz. dark chocolate
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
1 tsp maple sugar
Place the milk, dark chocolate and maple syrup into a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking frequently, until the milk is hot and the chocolate is completely dissolved. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Transfer the mixture to two mugs, half an inch from the top of the mug.
Carefully spread the marshmallow cream to the top of the mug. Sprinkle the maple sugar over the top and brulé (if you don’t have a brulé torch, you can omit this step).
