Honey Drinking Chocolate

4 oz. dark chocolate
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. half and half

1 Tbsp. honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Rough chop the chocolate and place in a bowl. Heat the cream but don’t boil. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth.

Heat the half and half and chocolate mixture together with the honey and cinnamon and stir until just simmering. Serve hot.
