2 Tbsp oil
1/3 cup unpopped popcorn
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Heat the oil in a large sauce pan over medium high heat with a lid on the pan. Place a single kernel of popcorn in the oil. Once it pops the oil is hot enough.
Pop the popcorn in the preheated oil with a lid on it, shaking frequently. Once it stops popping then transfer to a large bowl.
Mix the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Spoon the mixture over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
