1 pkg large pretzel rods (approximately 30 pretzel rods)
8 oz. dark chocolate
8 oz. white chocolate
10-15 drops flavoring oil
Sprinkles, cake glitter or other decorations
Temper dark chocolate per directions here.
Dip one end of one pretzel into the tempered dark chocolate. Spoon additional chocolate onto the pretzel to cover half of the length with chocolate. Use the back of the spoon to wipe down the sides of the pretzel gently to remove excess chocolate.
Cover with sprinkles or other cake decorations, sprinkling onto the wet chocolate. Set in a holder or short glass, un-dipped end down, to help keep the shape of the chocolate. Let set completely before removing.
Repeat with half of the pretzel rods.
Temper white chocolate per directions here adding the flavoring oil after the white chocolate melts. Dip and decorate the remaining half of the pretzel rods.
