Pumpkin Ganache

6 oz. white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. pumpkin puree
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (measure after crushing)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use to fill chocolate bonbons.
