Chocolate London Fog
1/2 c. half and half
1 oz. dark chocolate
2 c. water
2 earl grey tea bags
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Microwave the half and half until just bubbling in a small dish..
Melt the chocolate in the heated half and half.
Boil the water in the microwave in a medium microwave safe bowl. Or boil in a kettle, remove from heat, and pour into a medium size bowl. Steep the tea in the water for 2 minutes.
Add the chocolate mixture and vanilla to the tea. Divide into two cups.
