Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip

1 c ricotta cheese

1/2 c mascarpone

1/4 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c mini chocolate chips

1/2 c chopped pecans (or nut of choice)

fruit and crackers, for serving

Mix the ricotta, mascarpone, and sugar in a medium mixing bowl until creamy.

Mix in the vanilla extract

Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts until incorporated.

Chill and serve with fruit and crackers.
